Pentacorn Quest
Native SAM Coupé Mode 1 conversion, supplied as an MGT disk. Editable BASIC loader with BREAK support.
Requires a SAM Coupé with 512 KiB of RAM.
Seven original tracks adapted to the SAA1099. Noise and volume response differ from AY, and some very high noise clocks reach the chip limit. The measured route is about 3% faster. The original Kempston menu option uses SAM1. Emulator tests cover specific routes and components: no complete-game, physical-hardware or analogue-audio identity certification.
