Boot the MGT image and wait for the introduction. Press SPACE at the title screen to start.

O/P: left/right; SPACE: jump. R opens key redefinition. The original Q/A and M/X inputs are also retained.
Notes
All five original music tracks are included. Some very high notes in the ending track are lower on the SAM sound chip.
