Conversion notes

Tested in SimCoupe against the original: play in several arenas, audio, natural defeat, return to the menu and a new game. SAA1099 audio is an approximate adaptation; measured differences in some short sounds and the speed of specific situations remain documented. Waveform identity, completion of the entire campaign and physical-hardware testing are not claimed.
