Screen2PIC — convertitore schermate in PIC

Converted a 16-byte raw sample into a 26-byte PIC. Identifier 4AFC, dimensions, bytes per line, mode, reserved byte and original payload all matched byte for byte. Only mdv1_ was changed to flp1_; other sizes and formats are untested. Documented functional check, not full validation. ROMs not included.
