Runge-Kutta RK 4 — Harding / Lindroos

Floppy IMG derived from archived files. Mount as FLP1 and boot using Minerva 1.98a1 ROM, 640 KiB emulator RAM and Toolkit II 2.32. Integrated y''=-y using a step of pi/16; fifteen steps were compared with sin(t), with errors around 1e-5. ROUND now uses a local variable instead of modifying its argument by reference. Basic functional check in sQLux, not full validation or a physical-hardware test. Audio untested. ROMs are not included.
