Rjob — Remove JOBs, Timo Salmi

Two tests on actual TST1/TST2 jobs: Y/N removed TST1 and retained TST2; Y/Y removed both. Before/after job lists matched exactly (11→6 and11→1 bytes, including one pre-existing unnamed job). Only jobid was renamed rjob_id to avoid the TK2 JOBID keyword collision; separate observers never choose or remove jobs. The 60% match to Turbodense consists of shared Timo Salmi UI/helpers, not its distinct program-condensing logic. Original preserved; other process states untested. Documented functional check, not full validation. ROMs not included.
