Repayment Mortgage Cost Analysis — John R. Bows
Floppy IMG derived from archived files. Mount as FLP1 and boot using Minerva 1.98a1 ROM, 640 KiB emulator RAM and Toolkit II 2.32. Changed the historical example rate from 10% to 5%, recalculating the net monthly payment as £46.48 for £9500 over 25 years with 25% MIRAS. Historical software, not current financial advice. Basic functional check in sQLux, not full validation or a physical-hardware test. Audio untested. ROMs are not included.
