The collection preserves original media and their copy protection. Supplied backup copies are also used to document the software and are identified in the screenshot captions.
QL-CRYPT — Timothy Swenson
Floppy IMG derived from archived files. Mount as FLP1 and boot using Minerva 1.98a1 ROM, 640 KiB emulator RAM and Toolkit II 2.32. Encoded and decoded a two-line file using the same password: all 34 output bytes exactly match the original. Historical encoding utility, distinct from the catalogued QL CRYPTOR and BCPL CRYPT. Basic functional check in sQLux, not full validation or a physical-hardware test. Audio untested. ROMs are not included.
