Mega Toolbox v1.21

Floppy IMG derived from archived files. Mount as FLP1 and boot from floppy. Tested in sQLux with Minerva 1.98a1 ROM and 2048 KiB RAM. The extension loaded and BOX_EG completed its BOX graphics example. Other commands and examples were not tested. This Compware toolkit is distinct from the two MegaToolkit programs already present. Basic functional check, not a complete test or a test on physical QL hardware. Audio and saving are not certified. The timestamp is that of the IMG in the Working package, not the acquisition date of original media.
