The collection preserves original media and their copy protection. Supplied backup copies are also used to document the software and are identified in the screenshot captions.
GNU Chess — QDOS
Floppy IMG derived from archived files. Mount as FLP1 and boot using Minerva 1.98a1 ROM, 4096 KiB emulator RAM and Toolkit II 2.32. With 4096 KiB of emulated RAM, accepted e2e4 and received the computer reply e7e5. Adapted the language-file reference to specify the floppy, preserving the original. A full game, graphical front-end and opening books were not tested. Basic functional check in sQLux, not full validation or a physical-hardware test. Audio untested. ROMs are not included.
