DecHexBin — convertitore fra basi

Floppy IMG derived from archived files. Mount as FLP1 and boot using Minerva 1.98a1 ROM, 640 KiB emulator RAM and Toolkit II 2.32. Verified decimal 255, hexadecimal FF and binary 11111111 through all three input paths. Fixed two hexadecimal substring errors affecting binary output; the unmodified original is retained. Numeric limits were not exhaustively tested. Basic functional check in sQLux, not full validation or a physical-hardware test. Audio untested. ROMs are not included.
