Compict — C. Tronche

Three controlled 32,768-byte screens compressed to 4, 34 and 4 bytes. EXPAND and FASTEXPAND restored the exact screens, including FASTEXPAND work buffers: nine exact 32,768-byte outputs. Original extension unchanged; separate BASIC test driver. One title for all three commands. Distinct from the same author’s COMPACTE word dictionary: this uses image quadtrees. Corrupt/oversized compressed files were not tested; original limitations retained. Documented functional check, not full validation. ROMs not included.
