TOURMALINE - TIMEX NORMALE / NORMAL TIMEX

Original game: RetroSouls Team. Original credits and artwork retained.
Adaptation: 2026 by Outsoftware using ChatGPT & Codex

CONTENTS AND LOADING
This archive contains one TAP and these IT/EN/ES instructions.
Use native Timex TS2068 ROM and ordinary 256 x 192 video.
Select the TAP using the Timex installation's native tape-loading procedure.
Keep the TAP available throughout loading. BASIC autostarts at line 1;
credit and cover pauses are intentional. No new MEMDOCK command is needed.
The original cover is displayed without new text over it.

EDITABLE BASIC
At the first credit pause, BREAK (CAPS SHIFT+SPACE) stops ordinary BASIC.
LIST and normal line editing remain available. For the verified restart
path, keep the tape positioned before COVER and enter RUN. After game
takeover, start a fresh cold load.

ORIGINAL CONTROLS
SPACE exits the intro tune; SPACE starts from the title.
Q/A: up/down. O/P: left/right. SPACE: bomb. Bombs can kill the player.
At GAME OVER, SPACE continues while continue credits remain.

BOUNDED CHECKS
Both variants passed native startup, BREAK/edit/RUN, exact artwork/payload,
title/game entry, and actual native F5/F6 AY output instructions.
On the normal variant, ordinary keys collected a jewel (28->27), followed
five natural deaths, GAME OVER and continue (lives 0->5, credits 3->2).
A 16-interrupt sample retained about 50 Hz against the original Spectrum TAP.
Original FE intro, AY menu music and gameplay sound code/data are retained;
actual emulator audio samples were recorded. The renderer has ordinary 8 x 8
attributes; this is not a reduced standard-screen version of Nirvana.

LIMITS
Bounded verification. Full campaign completion, exit to
BASIC and native Timex joystick are unqualified. Checks used native TS2068
emulation and the firmware/HLE TS-Pico route, not physical hardware or
electrical timing. Complete acoustic equality is not claimed. The extended
death/continue route was observed on normal loading; Pico has identical
game payload. Two loaders represent one game, not two additional ports.
Original rights remain with their respective authors.
